Why Original Documents Need Special Packing
A folded corner on a certificate or a water-stained bank statement can create real problems — universities reject creased marksheets, and banks sometimes flag damaged KYC papers for re-verification. Unlike a t-shirt or a book, an original document usually cannot simply be replaced if it's damaged or lost in transit, which is why document courier packing needs a different standard than parcel courier packing.
Every document we handle goes into a tamper-evident sealed envelope first, so any attempt to open it in transit is immediately visible at delivery. Certificates, marksheets, property papers and other rigid-sensitive documents get an additional hardboard backing sandwiched inside the envelope, which stops the paper from bending even if the envelope itself is squeezed inside a courier bag with other shipments. For especially valuable originals — such as registered sale deeds — we also offer enhanced insurance cover, discussed further in our security and confidentiality process below.
This is also why our document courier is priced and packed differently from our general Parcel Courier Service — a parcel can usually absorb minor handling, but a legal document, certificate or bank paper often cannot.

Standard delivery is economical for non-urgent documents. Express priority delivery is faster with priority dispatch and costs slightly more.
