• Technology Providers – With Web3Forms (form submission service) to route enquiry data to our email. Web3Forms processes data per their own privacy policy.
• Analytics – With Google Analytics for anonymous website usage analysis. No personally identifiable data is shared.
• Legal Compliance – If required by law, court order, or government authority in India.

12. Claims & Liability Policy

IDR Courier & Cargo Services operates as a logistics service provider and uses third-party courier partners such as Delhivery for shipment delivery. Compensation for lost, damaged, or missing shipments is subject to the following terms and conditions:

12.1 Claim Amount

• For shipments up to 20 kg: Maximum claim amount up to ₹2,000.
• For shipments above 20 kg (up to 5000 kg): Maximum claim amount up to ₹8,000.

12.2 Mandatory Conditions for Claim

• An unboxing video is compulsory. The video must clearly show the parcel being opened along with the visible shipping label.
• If the shipment is received in damaged or tampered condition, the receiver must mention proper remarks such as "Damaged" or "Missing Items" on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

12.3 Claim Rejection Conditions

• No claim will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
• No claim will be processed if damage or missing items are not mentioned on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
• Improper packaging or restricted items are not covered under claims.

12.4 Final Decision

All claims are subject to approval by the courier partner (Delhivery) and IDR Courier & Cargo Services. The final decision regarding claim approval and claim amount will be binding.
